Post-pandemic, after over a year of feeling disconnected, River Island teamed up with mental health charity Mind, to celebrate being connected once again and wrapping ourselves in layers of love, come rain or shine. Who knew that sharing a hug with a loved one can boost your mood? Releasing oxytocin, a 15 second hug can change your hormones, lower blood pressure and help improve your wellbeing.
